This central Brisbane CBD refurbishment project involved the construction of new retail showroom space over four levels, adjoining an existing commercial building.

The existing ground floor was upgraded with a new foyer and the building’s basement was refurbished with piling, footings and new columns.

The project also included the construction of a new concrete structure, frameless six metre glass façade and associated fitout work.
