The Design & Construction project comprised construction to accommodate five new tenancies, car park modification works and loading and refuse dock for incoming tenants. A new roof awning over existing licenced seating areas was constructed and undercover links between buildings, new mall paving and landscape elements were also undertaken in conjunction with refurbishment of the cinema entry feature and refurbishment and expansion of existing amenities.

Works were heavily staged to ensure business as usual for the busy shopping centre with out-of-hours works scheduled to ensure the project was kept on programme, the project ultimately finished ahead of schedule.
