Homes Victoria Ascot Vale

As part of Victoria’s $5.3b Big Housing Build Homes Victoria has appointed Built as the head contractor to construct 200 social and affordable residences across six buildings in the community of Ascot Vale.

One of six fast start sites, Ascot Vale’s modern homes will offer a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms to provide greater flexibility to support households of all sizes.

Promoting good design, as well as meeting environmentally sustainable deliverables including 5 Star Green Star rating and 7-star Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) rating are also essential.

As part of our shared commitment to social procurement, 10% of this project will be completed by apprentices, cadets and trainees – which makes for bountiful employment and learning opportunities.

Once complete the Ascot Vale housing development will also offer communal green spaces at the residents’ doorstep.
