As part of a massive centre redevelopment, Built completed the refurbishment for long-standing client HOYTS. Their latest cinema offering in Tea Tree Plaza included brand-new cinemas, lobby and candy bar.
Built undertook the expansion, upgrade, and refurbishment of the existing HOYTS complex, and the construction of an additional three cinemas: two HOYTS LUX cinemas each containing 37 recliner seats and Cinema 10 containing 101 seats.
The HOYTS complex includes a new lobby, Treat City, self-serve ticketing kiosks, HOYTS LUX bathrooms, restaurant/bar, two kitchens, back of house offices, amenities upgrades, and self-automated projector pods within the cinemas as opposed to traditional bio boxes.
Works included a mix of new fitout and existing refurbishment with high quality and upmarket finishes throughout.
