Delivered in a live environment, this project was completed without disruption to the Palais theatres extensive events and performance schedule.

The refurbishment project addressed heritage and compliance requirements, health and safety issues, deteriorating functionality and aesthetics.

The scope of works comprised services infrastructure upgrades, structural works, internal plaster repairs and full façade restoration.
