After a successful ECI period, Built has been awarded the main works contract for stages one and two of the Wearne Cottesloe redevelopment.

The project will see the heritage landmark refurbished into an aged care and residential development for Curtin Heritage Living. Comprising a 128-bed residential care facility called Marine Views, overlooking heritage gardens and the ocean, and the first 20 Waterfront Cottesloe residences, offering world-class ocean-side accommodation for independent seniors.

Additionally, car parking, entry roads and landscaped areas will be constructed to the rear of the existing facility.
