Built was appointed as head contractor to deliver the base build refurbishment at 1 Dean Street for repeat client Charter Hall.

For the 11,000m2 base build refurbishment, our team in Victoria refurbished the existing amenities and services, as well as constructed a new entrance, premium end-of-trip facilities, and re-landscaped the external frontage.

We delivered three-levels of integrated fitout for Charter Hall’s incoming anchor tenant. In addition to typical workspace requirements, the fitout also offers specialist lab facilities and storage to support the anchor tenant’s business operations.

This fast-track design and construct project was completed over a 16-week programme of works.
