Built led the refurbishment including feature lighting, digital directory boards, new furniture and custom joinery and bench seating as well as new planters to external breezeway at both locations.

The end of trip facilities were completely redesigned to include premium features such as bespoke lockers and vanities, frameless glass, access control, high-end equipment and bicycle storage.

All works was undertaken in a live environment with careful staging, ensuring the uninterrupted enjoyment of the facilities by the tenants.
