Barrack Place at 151 Clarence Street, Sydney has seen an existing 16,000 sqm B-grade building demolished to make way for a new, next generation A-grade, 18 storey, 22,000 sqm building with a 6 Star Green Star and trageting a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.

Built was subsequently engaged to complete the integrated fitout for Arup incorporating an integrated staircase and high specification technology spaces with quality finishes throughout.

The integrated fitout works included full office fitout of five floors, VC, meeting rooms, main exchange areas, interconnecting stairs, bridges, breakout spaces, outdoor terrace and subfloor services and experimental rooms custom designed by Arup and Hassell Architects, including a lighting and sound lab.
