The six-storey buildings consist of commercial office space, with retail space at ground level to Elizabeth street in the heart of Melbourne.
Works comprised the demolishing and removal of hazardous materials, stripping out all existing wall, floor and ceiling linings, as well as several staircases.
The upgraded buildings include façade restoration and window replacement, new building entry, new lift, removal of internal partitions, wall and floor linings across five levels, with the addition of amenities and building services to deliver 2,000m2 of lettable commercial office space. Restoration and make-good works were also completed to the roof tops of both buildings.
