This involved a reconfiguration of tenant access off Southbank Boulevard, a modernisation of finishes and the implementation of joinery and furniture to modernise functionality and increase amenity.
Conducted in a live environment, the project also comprised fitout of new wall, floor and ceiling finishes to the lift lobbies, all whilst they remained operational for the existing tenants.
The highly staged methodology ensured the premium tower maintained amenity throughout works.
