Heirloom is a $70m refurbishment of the heritage listed Dalgety & Co Woolstores in Fremantle.

The development boasts a mix of 183 luxury 1 & 2 bedroom warehouse apartments that retain historic features, such as the century-old jarrah beams, whilst fully integrating with modern, sustainable design features. A central light-filled courtyard and external commercial premises completes the revitalisation.

100 years of history coming back to life

Originally Built in 1923, with an additional floor added in 1944, the Dalgety Woolstores, also known as Fort Knox, are a rich piece of Fremantle’s industrial heritage. Built is proud to be involved in an adaptive re-use project that will integrate this history with modern, sustainable design features, bringing it to life for new generations.
