The $49m 5-storey residential and mixed-use development comprises two buildings, Meridian and Prima. The luxury apartments feature internal podium courtyard areas with a bocce court, two gymnasiums and pool, landscaped areas, commercial spaces and 109 mixed sized apartments.
The GBCA has provided certification that the project has achieved a 4 Star Green Star rating in sustainable design.
