The project refreshed the existing refuge to provide new, short term accommodation for homeless youth in Melbourne’s CBD along with a range of other services designed to enable youth to communicate and feel a part of the local community.
The project included the demolition of the existing office space to make way for new open plan office, amenities and accommodation rooms. New building services have increased efficiency throughout and new medical clinics and kitchen facilities were created to cater to accommodation levels and office staff.
